Terms of Sale and Warranty Information

  • Item Inspection

    Customer MUST inspect each item carefully when it is received.

  • Returns

    If, at seller’s sole discretion, a part return is allowed, a 30% restocking fee will apply.


    Returns are not accepted on parts that are altered, disassembled, or repaired.


    The warranty is void if the parts are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold, or don’t bear the identifying marks that appear on all parts sold by Oscar's Used Auto Parts.


    Parts may not be returned after five days from date of this invoice unless otherwise stated in writing at time of purchase. These parts are subject to acceptance by Oscar's Used Auto Parts and are subject to 30% handling charge if accepted.


    All cores must be returned with receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase to get a core deposit.



  • Claims, Voids, and Buyer's Responsibility

    No claim made on body parts, colors, or trim package.


    Overheating voids all warranties.


    Seller is not responsible for buyer’s error.


    Specifically, seller is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage.


    While most fluids have been drained from our products, it is your responsibility to completely drain and replace fluids, lubricants, antifreeze and filters with products that are fresh, clean and approved by the OE manufacturer.


  • Refunds

    Refunds are made with a company check and credit card purchases are credited back to the card used in the original transaction, no cash refunds.


    Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


    No refunds on deposits.


    Custom cuts are non-refundable or returnable and must be prepaid.


    No warranty or reimbursement on labor under ANY circumstances.


  • Replacement Parts

    In case of a replacement part, your warranty period will continue from your original purchase date.

  • Final Sales

    Sales on electrical parts such as computers, modules, harnesses, fuse boxes, throttle bodies, clock springs and miscellaneous sensors are final.


    CVT Transmissions and Transmissions in general MUST use oil from the dealer’s manufacturer ONLY and keep their receipt to honor our warranty. Failure to do so will void our warranty.


  • Warranty in General Is Null and Void If:

    The vehicle is used for racing or other forms of competitions or off-road recreational purposes.


    Failure is caused by abuse, misuse or modifications.


    Failure is caused by towing a trailer or other vehicle unless the vehicle is equipped for this purpose as recommended by the manufacturer.


    The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle been involved in a collision.


    Product is installed and operated outside the United States.


    The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.


    The part is not installed by a certified mechanic.


    Upon receipt of parts from us, the buyer acknowledges that this policy has been read and accepted.


    Unless stated otherwise on the face of this receipt, no other warranty is made or implied.
